We're living in an equal opportunity world MM.
For a women to "expect" a big wedding to be paid by her man is abosulutley absurd. Why would anyone want to put their spouse in debt for one day of pure chaose....
I personally would not allow him (not that i have control over him but I would let him know that he does NOT need to pay for it all himself)

no i would never pay for expensive westernised wedding, if loved her that much then i would give the money to her parents to thank them for raising a wonderful women instead of wasting on one night wedding

I will not have a westernized weeding party.
The money is not a issue, I'm not brave enough to get the sins for every person that attends.

Laakin i couldnt live with myself knowing i blew 20k plus in one night, when extended family in somalia cant make ends meet.
