Maanta Maanta Maanta Wa Maalin Weyni Maanta.
If you dont want the suffering and the displacement to continue or even get worse, then your people should support this peace initiative. It is time to face reality and get serious.
Everyone involved should adhere to this agreement for the sake of our long suffering people and country. Whoever is responsible for the insurgency should take the necessary steps to implement this agreement.
If the insurgents do not stop hostility, it means they have their own agenda and dont care about the suffering of the people.
May Allah bless our country and bring peace and stability
"Effective 26 October 2008, ceasefire observance has been announced. It will become effective 5 November 2008 starting 21 November 2008, the Ethiopian troops will relocate from areas of the cities of Beledweyn and Mogadishu," the agreement said.
"The second phase of the troop withdrawal shall be completed within 120 days," said the deal, signed in Djibouti by the Alliance for the Re-Liberation of Somalia (ARS) opposition.

Government troops recaptured three towns of Bardale, Wajid and Hudur in southern Somalia near Baidoa, the seat of Somalia's parliament over the weekend.
Those in Jowhar iyo Beleweyn fall under Sheikh Sharif control and they do what he says. But those in Bay iyo Bakool the government has already started to clear them out. Kismayo is next.
This agreenment is a landmark one and one that will surely going to succeed because it has all the elements of success.
The Government is on the move and today it has brought on the moving train key figures of leadership iyo Jowhar iyo beleweyn. Whats left?
