How Come Geledi Have No Representation?

How come Geledi don't have any representation in maamulka Banaadir, though they are natives there but people from Galgaduud do?

Gosh do u have to have guns and kill people to get anything in that forsaken country?

I can understand Habar Gedir having representation cause they are a big force to be reckoned with.

But Duduuble, Xawaadle and even some darood have representation and none for Geledi
