Somaliland is running away from the south (including puntland)
Puntland is running away from the south and wants to run with somaliland
Jubbaland wants to run away from the south but the south is north of them, so they have no choice but to continue running south til Kenya.
SO my question is:
Does the South mean Hawiya or Xamar?
