Somali Bantu's have always happened to be resourceful people.
Re: Somali Refugees save an American Town.
Refugee resettlement agencies like International Rescue Committee do the refugees major inustice. They dump them in the middle of major cities without decent social welfare programs like Atlanta and then expect the illiterate refugees to magically live like everyone else. These poor refugees are usually forced to move to dead towns like Portland & Lewiston out of the need to survive. Dumb hicks & neo-nazis used to give them a hard time a few years ago, glad to see they're adjusting better now.
Imagine coming from small villages near Jilib; no electricity, no running water, no modern technology of any kind and after a few months in Kakuma refugee camp, getting relocated to live in major metropiltant cities in North America. That in itself is a grand achievement. Somali Bantus have always strived hard for their survival.

The Somalis in question are ethnic Somalis who moved away from Atlanta and other places. The picture though is of a Somali Bantu who are probably less than 2% of the Somalis there.
