what exactly do u consider "hard to get"
i think there are many factors to be considered in this sense. for instance, a girl who makes it impossible for guys to get her number, one who refuses to talk to a guy despite his persistance, being intimate etc.

i think playing hard to get can be taken several ways. sometimes girls don't care and that could be mistaken for playing hard to get, because in reality if u don't care for someone why waste time talking to them, playing games.

is she playing hard to get if she doesn't answer his calls?! if she doesn't want to go out with him, if she doesn't want to kiss him. so on N so forth
