On the eve of a new presidential election in Djibouti, I officially declare the TFG dead. They control no towns, their parliamentarians are guests of al-Shabab or Djibouti, and their army has disbanded en-masse into clan militia.
I therefore relegate their former remaining territory to their respective clans.
