Somali Past Qabil, Its North Vs South

Post by Murax »

First of all I don't draw conclusions about people, or make assumptions based on retards on Somalinet.

However after coming across a wide range of people hailing from the 8 Northern Regions (Sland/Pland) I can't help but notice How they really do not want any Law and Order to come to the 10 Southern Regions. Its almost as if they're profitting from the unfortunate instabilty there. The reason? Who knows. Hate? Or could it be the fact that these instiutions are very close to Ethiopia and disenfranchizing themselves from the rest of Somalia is part of their orders or what. The scene of people from these areas gloating like little school childeren to the International Community saying "Look at these uncivilized monkeys" is quite sad. Obviously they make their institutions look great by comparing it to people who are going on some hard times. I really think Somalia is past these fake "Darood" "Hawiye" "Issaq slogans, and is reaching a point Where the Northern Institutions are against the notion of Southern peace, stablity and barwaqo.

All in all, even though I've encountered some people from these regions with these feelings, I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say that the shacbi, civil society of these regions do not share these feelings, and that these feelings of animosity comes from the Administrations of these Institutions Per Zenawi instruction. Thoughts?

People have always said that though. It will come down to North vs. South. Not true.

Lets be honest, like always, the war will never pass Galkacyo.

I can guarantee it will be real wadaads (kismayo) vs. fake wadaads (xamar). Since the election, they've established their camps and Shabaab is coming for the "kufar" government established by Sheikh Sharif. Shabaab's mission was to fight the foreign-influenced government, which still exists no matter who is leading it.

I think you are putting too much emphasis into this. No one has denied the South any peace, they denied that themselves. They began a war, and they have yet to finish it. They are the ones who believe in destruction and aversion.

I think its different murax puntland or the people of puntland wants to have big influence in the south like they did in the passed and they are losing it they tried many times, but they just not lucky enough every time another faction comes and change the hole political era in somalia Somaliland and its people wish them all the best luck the people of somalia but its seems somalia and its government and its people have always something against Somaliland I wonder why There hasn’t been a government in the south that said since 1991 that said Somaliland are our brothers and sisters just like Djibouti are our brothers and sisters. But the likes of abdiqasim salad boi isagu gurii xammer jooga says Somaliland aniga ooo taliya , and that’s where things go wrong same as abdilahi yusuf. So Somaliland and its leaders all the time focus on there own country people politics. But the walanweyn most of the time focus on Somaliland ..

Murax is right.

All Southernors whether Darod, Hawiye, Raxanweyn, or others support their president.

All the representatives of the 10 southern Regions are 100% supporting their goverment.

It is really fascinating to witness the amount of hatred reer Boosaaso and reer Hargeisa have for peace in the south.

Voltage,

There you go with your half brained logic, if all the south love their president then why not extend the same logic to somaliland and puntland, those tow love their land and president too, or is it the Mareexaan complex talking?

Last I looked Puntland declared themselves part of Somalia so the "south's government" is their government.

Now when you take into consideration that Puntland and Somaliland, the two northern maamuls that have had the most peace in the civil war are now both very opposed to Shiekh Sharif and the new government, you start to understand these two little maamuls really believe their wellbeing is connected to war and destuction in the south.

There is nothing different between and I and a Ciise Maxmuud, at the end of the day we are both Darood and Hawiye is Hawiye to us.

But as citizens of the Republic that Puntland also says she is part of why do I support the Hawiye president along with the Raxanweyn and Hawiye Somali and the Puntland, along with his Somaliland geographical brother, are everywhere putting obstacles?

My conclusion is the people in the norht really fear the south getting its act together. But we in the South are ready for government and maamul and when the south gets its act together is when Somalia is reborn.

In case you were in a comma for the past 18 years , somaliland declared itself a soverign nation with a constitution , currency, millitary, 3 elections 1 referendum and now are in the process of choosing their 4th president. Now what part of that you don't understand ?

I don't disagree with that. But I think you need to go back to what you said to me and what I responded with.
