According to the prophet, most of us are not real muslims

This what the prophet pbuh said about muslims in general,

None of you truly believes (in Allah) unless he wishes for his brother what he wishes for himself

The base of this hadith means none of us is truly a muslim until he wishes the same good things he wants from allah bestowed upon his brother as well.

Based on that, how silly most of us somalis look right now.

sister all i am asking you is to read the hadith and take some time to ponder why the prophet said that. When we have somalis on here shouiting let the darood burn, or let hawiye die or let fulan got to hell, they are exposing themselves to mockery that our prophet has warned about.

i am not going to call you a kaffir sister. What i am going to say is alot of muslims here on this board truly don't know the meaning of islamino and the concept of brotherhood.

the prophet united all the tribes in arabia because of islam. The muslim empire reached from spain all the way to the middle east and north africa at one point.

learn your history and don't say such things of the prophet again. Go and repent astagfurullah

Elan i agree with you. but you have to remember thats not the only hadith we as somalis have ignored.
when innocent somalis were killed, the words of prophet mohammed scw was ignored.
when our "leaders" were killing 1/2 of us and keeping the other 1/2 foot soldiers: the porphets scw words were was being ignored.
when Ethiopia were allowed to come into our lands: the porphets words were being ignored. the reason we here today is because we ignored the porphet's words.

but then again there is no harm in reminding us our faults. just put it better words. some of us are always defencive (and rightly so in this case)
