2) God allowed humans to take care of the planet and they failed.

Muslims don't believe because humans "did not take care" of the Earth god is punishing them. Muslims believe the world is ending as it IS. Global warming and the fact we are on a perpetual course for the end of human life is a manifestation of that viewpoint. One can say it is even a proof of the Qur'aan truth because what are the odds this comes up (just in the last hundred years mind you) when some of the prophecies for the end of time are being fulfilled and have already been fulfilled including when "yesterday's goat herders compete in the tallest structure" (look at Dubai and Qatar competeing over the tallest building).

Personally the one I have my eye on is date palm, when the date palm ceases to exist is when we are very close.

there is no islamic veiw on golbal warming (i dont think there is). they just doing it to put fears in our hearts, so we can rely on the freaking system/government! so we can do as we say forever without questioning them. they smart because there are people falling for this thing! im not!!!

Look at the following verses from the Qur'an:

((It is He Who sends down rain from the sky, from it you drink and out of it grows the vegetation on which you feed your cattle.))
