I said Xamar was being built by everybody even if it was 1984.
Even without the bombings, Hargeisa was not the capital thus it did not have the same growth as Xamar, while Xamar was being built in 1984, while residents of Hargeisa had curfews during the 1980's so how are you gonna compare cities where one is flourishing in every aspect of civilization and the other is having curfews and rebellion.
