He's not a PhD holder, but a PhD candidate in History at LaTrobe University in his hometown Melbourne, Australia.

what fuck did cadde muse do but stamped official backing behind corruption, weakened the forces of Puntland, created massive inflation and contributed to the eventual rise of un-organized piracy? (like those teenagers killed by Americans... Organized Piracy on the other hand... which is meant to protect out waters and fishes I support 100%)

lets not al jump to conclusion and claim faroole is great, he hasnt even been on the job for a yr. give him a term.
