There's a stiff competition in the halal industry and many slaughtering houses play the finger-pointing & disqualifying game. All that matters is for the person slaughtering to be a Muslim and say the required words upon slaughtering the animal, it doesn't matter if its done in Denmark, France or the U.S. or a Muslim country.

Halal meat is fake

three months ago i was in Prag there is a mosque and all muslims even the IMAAM used to buy the meat from the shops

Muslims always claim halal meat and other things where they get in big numbers and politicians give them because of the vote but when they are minority iin somewhere they keep quite and eat what other people eat

Can the meat in supermarkets be considered as lawful/halal to consume? The guy in the vid says it's just the same meat. :|

That's his personal opinion, he's no scholar. Eventhough there is a verse in the Qur'an that says meat slaughtered by Ahlul-kitaab are halaal for consumption, there's a lot of disagreements regarding the issue. The fact that these animals are slaughtered by corporations with no regard to the humane treatment of the animal & the un-Islamic slaughter of these animals have led many scholars to argue that such meat is not permitted for Muslim consumption. The best rule of thumb regarding this issue is to abstain from anything that's in question or disputable and stick with what you already know is permitted.
