Asomali girl that is Married to a white Muslim

I met this Muslim beautiful couple in Sams club yesterday who had a newly born daughter. a long bearded Cadaan muslim guy who had his trousers short in a sunni way and a along hijabi Somalian girl. They were very respect ful muslim couple who were living their marriage according to the sunnah. The girl was proud to be a somalian and she even spoke to us in somali. She let my wife hug her little daugher and told the baby in somali " hooyo habaryar uqosol" . She was proud of her family and her community. I didn't see anything to blame her for other than being proud of her in my heart.

My question is Would you rather have your daughter or sister married to a cadaan but real practicing muslim or A khat Chewing Somalian who does not know anything about Islam?

Wallaahi this couple changed my stereotyping mind in a less than 30 Minutes.

Whether you agree or disagree, it's the truth, it happens here quite often, the woman is not even allowed to leave the house without their permission, let alone anything else, of course I'm not saying all of them are like that, but the majority of them waa saas.
