I don't know how a somali people especially even do this to someone. Just because they want to breakaway from their brothers to the south does not mean you treat a human like this......a girl locked up for more than 7 years. APPALLING!

Anyways, this is the kind of actions that will NOT get you recognized as it is well reported by dozens of media outlets of abuses committed by Isaaqland since 1991. Surely, if you cared enough about image this abuse committed can be a setback to the DREAM! Why does jail women I never heard of this? Is this the Dirty Waqooyi culture?

I think I understand what your sayin. However, the question of qabil come into this because when she was arrested knowone knew the charges agianst and so a bias kangaroo court process began. All the while the dhulbahante elders were lobbying for her release. Citizens in didn't take issue with this and have might of thought it was just a Darood girl locked up.
Aswell, some elders get locked up for speaking out at the abuses being committed agianst their ppl.
