Humanity do dettached?

Post by Basra- »

People are so worried about self serving agenda that they forget about death. Is there any beauty better than death? People are worried about small idiotic, earthly things like economy, pleasure, tv, somali politics-- etc etc-- do u all know one day, you will die and be burried alone? Imagine the idea of being burried and left behind in a dark grave, u cant breath, u r scream---- dont leave me, pleaseeeee.

Isnt death the ultimate beauty? Allaahu akbaar. :|

Basra, if it consoles you, others have died, and those alive are guaranteed to follow. There's nothing that you can do about dying. The idea of dying itself isn't bothersome, but what awaits you can be a deep tranquil sleep or torment until aakhiro. So, please work towards saving yourself, and do help your relatives and friends save themselves.

^ Death does intrigue though! A body lays motionless and unresponsive to all noises and presence around it. The same person you knew and have spoken with shortly before they died is here on bed waiting to be washed and purified before the casket arrives. They can't respond and tell you what is going on in the other world, would be nice if they did though I would go insane if someone presumed dead spoke to me LOL. Their body will decompose and gets recyled back into the earth which gave birth to it to begin with. The soul which accompanied that body is somewhere dealing with its fate, good or bad. There is a lot more to death than the eyes can see, very intriguing and the only way you can find about it is to be dead first LOL.

LOlAbmn yes the idea of death is not scary, its actually irrelevant. But what awaits after death is more interesting. My point of the post was to point out how unrealistic humans are in regards to their mortality. Burying people as you say is a guarantee of your death one day. Yet humanity fail to grasp that change their ways of living. Why is that humans worry about small things, like jobs or bosses or police. I look at them and pity them-- they are so absorbed by their world they dont even for a second imagine death will come one day.

Abmn thanks for you advice. Indeed striving for a tranquil akhero is the ultimate goal. That should be what your life is about. Period. :|

 Yacniile Why dont u become a motician if u r dazzled by motionless body like that. U totally missed my point.

I must admit I am scared of death, partially agony of death and what awaits me after. The whole concept is frighting.
Imagine you are all alone, noone is there for you, whenever I think of death it sends shivers down my spine. As each year passes by I personally tend to think of death more so than the previous year for we will all taste death, it will happen it's just a matter of when. True we all strive for this world, what use will it be to us? when our final destination is that of the grave.

It's funny how the dead no longer have names, she or he is referred to simply as the 'deceased' or maytka. Just goes to show how we become insignificant even among our own family members. The most you will ever be mentioned after your death is two weeks I suspect, life goes on without you, scary.!On the other hand take Bilal for example a poor slave from Abyssinia freed by Abu Bakr, after 1426 years he is still remember. Yet another chilling reminder that our presence in this world is that of a traveler. May Allah bestow his mercy on us.

"It's funny how the dead no longer have names, she or he is referred to simply as the 'deceased' or maytka. "

 Cadeey you have grasped the meaning of my post. Yes, exactly- our lives are just meaningless here on earth. Instead of striving for akhero, we go for the earthly needs. When we die, two weeks later we are forgetten. Others, two days later. Cadeey its strange u mentioned the name bilal though?? I sense u are a fan of his, what do u admire about bilal? He is an important historical figure in the beginning of Islam and its spread. His remarkable voice in calling in for prayers or his slavery, later freed has nothing to do with his immortal name. DO u relate to him in somehow? A bantu side perhaps? :|

 hyper macaanto-- wadaad, can u in your best of your ability explain to me what u were trying to say? :| I feel like u spoke chinese up there. I sensed that u wanted to say something profound, from hardship translation of your sentence, i sensed that the topic affected you, no doubt because of your strong diin imaan, but what the hell why u trying to say?We know english is not a strength for u as diin is, which is alhamdhulilah. :|

Or do what Kukri did-- he just posted my quote and remained silence. That is profound as well. 8-)

My # 2 fan. You have spoken the truth. Oxy, u have to give babygal a break. She is not as used to melancholy as u do. U have a childhood history that links u with deep malancholy. Babygal is just a spoilt lil fatty gal who has an unhealthy crush on me and expects to be entertained every day. There is entertainment days and serious days. But --lets just forget babygal --how are you doing macaanto. Oxy i feel like i have a personal affinity with u.i am linked to u in some megabombastic bomb that is indescribale.

Aerosmith

r u trying to set a date with me at where u hang out? ooops i mean, where u volunteer?
