Puntland is reunified after it's cathartic and reconciling election. Galmudug expands south with the new autonomous regions of Ximan and Xeeb. Al-Shabab establishes an Islamic administration in Baydhabo and conquers the remainder of Bakool.

I can't seem to find much information on what towns make up Ximan and Xeeb. They claim Xarardheere and Hobyo are part of Ximan and Xeeb but that can't be right.
Ximan and Xeeb are a strange declaration of independence as well, they aren't declaring themselves a state, but rather "the regions of Ximan and Xeeb of Somalia".

There will probably be more conflict on the way, especially around the Mogadishu area.
