I've been to the Somali embassy/Consulate in Geneva, Switzerland. Took forever and a Day to find it as it was located in a remote part of the city. It was literally manned by 2 senior staff members with one or two aides each. They handled Swiss Immigration issues mostly, and did PR for Somalis whenever an issue arised internationally. Though its generally thought of as the embassy that does most of the UN/Somalia coordination, due to its proximity, I really couldn't see how effective they were.

My uncle kept the place he was the last Somali Ambassador to Paris & he also saved the place from some Somali tuugo who were trying to sell both the Paris & Brussels Embasies with the help of Belguim & French Governments. 8-)
