If every household contributed 10/20 grand to the development of Maakhir/ invest into the economic growth of Maakhir we could be light years ahead of Somalia.

Something like the tuna processing plant in Las Qorey can go a long way. EMPLOYMENT!

Not sure but individual companies like the Tuna factory are privately owned and have nothing to do with the clan besides getting involved in investing. Lookup the Warsangeli community in your state outsiders are welcomed especially if you have plans on investing in Sanaag its the most safest place in Somalia.
