Post by Somaliman50 »

I think it would have just remained as clan sultanates and enclaves. Its hard to imagine Somalis forming a modern nation without something they can unite on.

If there was no colonization there would be no border between Djibouti and Somaliland dadkaasii siiday iskugu dhawyihin ma malayn kartiin . i think there would be a mejeerteniya as they where there before the colonial powers and some sort of somaliland also as we had our own sultanates you are right abakar gaalada xuduudahan kala dhigay. It was beautiful Somalia was the only country in africa oo xuduudehaada iyadu tilmaanto in 1960. To bad it failed.

^ clan allegiances always changed around and sultanates were made and destroyed like it has been doing for the past thousand years in Somalia. But i think Ethiopia woul have tried to annex our territories into her empire which would spark off more wars and conflicts.

colonisation was a result of a somali nation. if no colonisation, they will be fighting over x, x,x ,x inter clan wars over goats instead of tribal camel wars like today.
