The usual ones go something along the lines of...'abaay waan kaa helay, xaafadaan maadagantahay'.... What I find interesting is what follows the normal convo....'abaay numberkaada isii'... and you're thinking, why? what do you want with it? why should I give it to you? and all sorts of questions. A non Somali guy on the other hand would just be like...'hey I like you, I wanna get to know you...can I take you out sometime'.

Honestly, When I used to haunt for girls, I would make an eye contact, put on a fake smile, then I crack jokes and make sure she's laughing. If she ain't having non of my conversation, I;d just go away and get the hint. If I see her listening and going with the fallow then, I proceed to the next step
