What have we Somalis got to lose? Those who could possibly be charged; A/Y, Mohamed Dhere, Hiiraale and the rest of the clan faction leaders. There's no merit in defending clan warlords who have brought nothing but bloodshed to their people. It would be nice bringing justice to the unjust but in my opinion, the warlords, criminals etc should not be sought after because they didnt do it alone, they had the clans backing etc, marka what happen happened and we should do our best not to let it repeat.

If those leaders have done wrong in the past and not forgiven by the people they have done wrong, then by all means they should by put on trial by any country with the power to do so.

Those who have been forgiven during peace processes and what not should be eliminated from such process.

Advo, if they would have listened to your advice there would never be any end to human rights abuses. No matter who supported them, those who made it possible to execute such crimes and at the top of the hierarchy should be brought to justice and given any punishment neccesary.
That's the only way we can make sure in the future such high ranking criminals will not get away without any form of punishment.

I have seen you critisizing Indhacadde and accusing him of being a criminal, why not Hiiraale who was in the same group as him?
