Al Shabaab/Hizbul Islami
How powerful are they down there. The Hizb seems to be more open to observing this Sharia thing the TFG is on about and Shabaab seems hellbent on still saying its a government full of murtads needing the protection of foreign troops (they have a real point with this, not sure about the murtad part)
They closed down hawalas in Kismaayo, so my reer gedo folk whats going on and you think they will overrun the clans, the TFG, ect?

but like always i do not support alshabab quest in Kismaayo but in Xamar it is different call me a hypocrite but i know there aren't any foreign troops in my beloved home town of kismaayo

he probably supported them because they were fighting the ethiopians along with a multitude of other groups... but he probably didn't think that they could administer a town besides keeping it peacefulNabeela wrote:Voltage, weren't you a die heart al shabab supporter not too long ago, what has changed? That would have made sense if there were Ethiopians in Gedo but there wern't....That could only mean He fell for Somaliweyn's retarded illogical 'Spreading the resistance talk' or He Had some ulterior motives to support them

LoL@murux. It never made sense to me too wallahi. Gedo region was peaceful and had no Ethiopian presence at the time. For Somaliweyn, he is a typical qabilist and felt that what was happening in Mogdishu was somehow the work of daroods, including those in Gedo and wanted them to experience the same fate.
