Chewing khat often makes you sexually impotent, decreases your stamina and you can't get fully firm erection when this drug is induced into your system. So I think Qaad is not the problem but there must be some other issue involved. In other words, if you abuse Qaad it will become a problem from its other side effects such sleeplessness, thinking too much and being aware too much and lead to breakdowns in the long run. Just like any other thing, if you abuse it, it will become a problem. If you abuse water and drink a tank full of water, it will become a problem and dilute your blood levels and even lead to brain hemerage. If you abuse food and eat too much food, you will become fat and even die of cholestoral related disease. So it isn't Qaad the problem, the problem could be related to the abuse of the substance.

to be honest I have only chewed once and I have 2 say it makes you last alot longer than usual
but other side affects of jaad canel it out big time

You've only addressed the short term effects of qaad. It fights your sleep, eating habits which are essential for bodily functioning. All drugs makes you become super human for a little while, but afterwards reality kicks in and that is where the problem occurs.
