Isn't the sheikh, odweyne and caynabo districts included in the Togdheer region or has riyaalle split them up?

Originally Togdheer includes Buuhoodle and Oodweyne, and Caynabo belongs to the Sool region...

Cali Dhagaxdheer is located between where it says Dherayaleh (Dherayalle) and Ballehdig( Balli-Dhiig)
