Is Somalia a shitty country because Somalis have low intelligence?

Stupid people have stupid problems--and Somalia has a lot of stupid problems. For instance, an intelligent people would realize the need to work together for the common good, but the petty tribal rivalries in Somalia make cooperation impossible. Somalis cannot rise above their petty tribal differences. Perhaps this is a result of low IQ?

In "developed" countries, the people work together for the common good. Their intelligence let's them see the necessity of cooperation. Black African countries lack that capacity to see what they need to do in order to progress collectively.

Do you think that the average Somali is as clever/smart as the average white person?

I'm Somali and I don't think so.
