When at her house, I feel very welcome and at ease. My cousin & I can talk freely about everything and life is good. His brother is married to a Somali woman from a tribe which we do not get along with most of the time. At her house, we talk very little about politics, and have to sneak out to do so. Whenever, she is among us, we have to remind the other relations that she is not one of us which is very difficult for a Rer Mudug oDeey to control what he says.So, sometimes you are better off with a foreigner than marrying into tribes which yours have problems with especially if your fam are political.
