What Dhulbahante Subclan Runs Sool iyo Laascaanood?

I had this urge of asking this question for a very very long time. I never had the time of asking it, due to verbally karbashing our young and rare "Sii Baakhti" (Isxaq) guests from time to time. However, today I had the slightest chance of asking it.

Sool region is ofcourse 95% Dhulbahante and Laascaanood is definitely 100% Dhulbahante as well. Now, I'm not trying to discriminate against any Dhulbahante subclan for that matter, but I would like to know who truly runs the show in Laascaanood city iyo waliba Sool region as well.
