AUN indeed since naxariista ku baxdo dadka nool too laakin isn't Idajaa alive? As far as I know he is alive. And this event, I believe, took place somewhere in the states, most likely Columbus.

 idaaja is alive and well, still cracking them jokes like always

my parents were very familiar with Idaaja and YamYam (aun), Idaaja is very articulate, full of charisma as you can see, and there is no dispute about his detailed understanding of the somali language/history, maybe i will become his trainee sometime in the future

we need to replicate this wisdom from these guys and maintain our somali identity before its too late  have you noticed the language barrier that is between most somali parents and their offspring here in the west :| back in somalia the situation is similar as there are no national schooling system and those that managed to provide schooling probably lack the resources to teach Somali language/literature/history which is the most crucial thing at school level
