22 year old deported to Somalia from US

Post by FAH1223 »

“Why would the United States of America, the so called Human Rights leader, put a young westernized woman’s life at risk and try to deliver her to Al-Shabaab, wearing prohibited attire like pants and shirt with no headscarf? Why?” asks Farhia, whose fury was perplexed by the lack of response from authority to address the safety concerns they harbor in which her sister was consequently exposed to by deportation.

“My sister is endangered when they throw her away like that. She speaks no Somali, and knows nothing about the culture there.”

1. She has been here since 1991. Why is she not a citizen and is being put up for immigration hearing? Once you are citizen, this is your country and you pay in this country.

2. What did she do to get deported (as you know I have no sympathy for people who deserve to be sent back to Somalia).

3. I thought the U.S froze all deportations to Somalia following the ruling of the Seattle court a while ago?
Deportation of Somalis is illegal, judge rules

By CHRIS McGANN
SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER REPORTER

The federal government's policy of deporting people to Somalia -- a war-torn East African nation that has lacked a functioning government for more than a decade -- is illegal, U.S. District Judge Marsha Pechman ruled yesterday.

Without a recognized government, a country cannot "accept" deportees, as the law requires, Pechman said.

The ruling, which stems from a case undertaken in November in Seattle on behalf of four Somali men slated for immediate deportation, blocks the deportation of more than 2,700 people nationwide.

Yesterday, Pechman expressed grave concerns about the government's lack of information about the deportees' fate once they leave the United States.

"The government appears to have no idea of what happened to persons previously deported," Pechman said. "It's as if they've fallen into a black hole. That makes the risk to petitioners extraordinarily high...."

Never mind looks like the Supreme Court rescinded the District Court's ruling.

The painful trauma of war in Somalia as a backdrop, her older sister’s death, Safiya; and that of her father passing away in 2002 implicated Ms. Absiye’s mental equilibrium, clearing the way for minor infractions that would play out into the grounds for a deportation after losing her immigration status in April 2007.
Somalida beenta wadanka kusoo galeen ayay ku dagaalamaan when things of this nature happen to them. A relative of mine was facing deportation, a scum idiot that should rot in U.S prisons, and I was so shocked how he was terrified of going back to Somalia yet the idiot never behaved and never took the time to get his citizenship although he has been in America for nearly two decades.
“My sister is endangered when they throw her away like that. She speaks no Somali, and knows nothing about the culture there.”
She doesn't speak Somali but she never got her citizenship. How messed up is that. Reminds me of this Filipino friend of mine that came to the United States when she was 2 years old and one day she attempted to take a trip to Europe with her class in High School only to find out that she is not even legally registered anywhere and that she is an illegal alien in the U.S becase of her parents fear of getting deported if they turned themselves in when they arrived in the United States. Muraal jab baa ku dhace that girl.

I say individuals like this girl deserve to be deported for their laziness but I don't really want to see them in Somalia wallahi. They are only Somali ethnically and culturally as foreign as the next American white or more likely madoow in the ghettos. They have picked only the bad parts of this culture and will import that nastiness to Somalia, which does not have a shortage of bad culture as it is.

Her parents, guardian or who ever should've done the honor of deporting her long ago. Far too many times we see unfathered child coming from young somali and westernized or not so westernized women, is shameful and unhealthy.

So I think they deserve this and even more!

Salafi, what do you think men who father a child out of wedlock and menwho.res who commit fornication left &right and come out public telling their stories as if what they did was magnificent acts that need to be glorified, what do you think these men deserve?

As for the topic, deporting the girl was the outcome, what is her real untold story?

Maybe this is a blessing in disguise. I hope she ends up as Abu Mansuur's third wife, take off the pants and wear proper jilbaab, learn Maaymaay, master how to cook soor (shuuro), learn the Diin and Dhaqan and start popping many Jr. Abu Mansuurs Insha Allah

I know two guys from my hometown (we used to go to dugsi together) who were deported to Somalia. They both were drug addicts, broke the law on a daily basis and became a nuisance to the community, besides, due to excessive drug use, they both were mentally affected and had a lot of loose balls
