to tell you the truth dee somaliland has 82 seats and garxajis have the largest seats due to the numbers but in terms of politic it depends on which party has the crown like for now its UDUB the leaders are Ina riyal Gadabursi , second President Cisse muse most supporters of the UDUB are either Gadabursi , cisse muse and habar yonis

well its called balancing i am sure because every clan should be given an important part

but the southerners and puntland thats why they cant not get success because only 1 clan is dominating which will cause war
