Actually Muslims were more religious and pious at that time, then now, but there was more freedom, and knowledge!
The problem is when the West took over, they captured Muslim countries and put repressive dictators who close schools and dis encourage learning.

The one country that is doing great in that department is Malysia and Iran(partially) , though some of the rich arab nations are starting to realize that.

In order to be paranoid about something or someone they must first have a rank. Sadly these people do not.

Those inventions were created by the Persians. Algebra was not created by an Arab man but from a Persian.

Saladin a Kurd (you know the people Arabs, and Turkish love to kill) saved Islam. But his people do not have land.

Somalis choose to be Muslims, there was no sword used. Arabs had to be conformed, because they still believed in devilish worships, and were pagans. Nabi Muhammed (PBUH) couldn't even convince them, and some died including his beloved uncle as a non believer.

You are missing the central point.. had it nor been for the prophets companions ..those same persians would not have become muslims.. so again Allah SWT trusted Mohamed and Arab and his people. arab pagans ..with the weight of the quran..and the spreading of his words SWT.. that must mean something.. cos as far as I know they did their job excellently ..at least in the first 3-4 centuries .

Of course, no one is denying that. I am just stating the pure facts, that these inventions were created by non-arabs, and today non-arabs are the ones saving Islam,which is the truth. I am not talking about the past, but the present, and in the future.

Thats what I said in my first post..but I am glad that we agree focusing on present day Islam/muslims and on the future.
And stop talking about what we may or may ot have achieved in the past.. if not for pure historical perspective...and move on with our lives.
