They created something from nothing puntland and today they are using that for the highest seat for Somalia or the second highest seat. I mean did we hear about a puntland in the 80 or 70 puntland exist for the passed 11 years. So they are very creative people there are still some errors there but its an accomplishment. I mean garowe and bossaso where in the passed just some tuulos but they turn those towns in to city’s. if you can turn nothing in to something . then you deserve credit
