I hope I spelled it right...What is this seed that supposedly is good for your health? I have seen some of my family members use this things and then report to us it heals everthing...My dear mom thinks it even cured her migraines..I want to research and read about it but don't know exactly what it is and what it is called in English?

Ma aqaan what other names we call... It is not exactly butter cookies...It is usually diamond shaped cookis(bur) that is not spongy... Unique for the smell of Xabatal Sowda and Hail(Cardamon)...
