Rainy season starts from the end of April to July in Puntland.
They are in the dry season now, not uncommon. I wouldn't call it a drought, it's nearly every year around this time of the year.

It's mostly in Jariban. But all the people went to Jariban and Garacad and other semi-village towns. The nomads need water wells. Only the machines are missing.
