The solution is to expand Puntland South. Take over Somalia Gobol by Gobal until we reach Mogadishu iyo KIsmayo.

Somalis are the quintessential parasites. they can't make it on their own without a host to sponge off. if there is peace in Somalia many of 'em will have to go back home which they don't want to. hence, the preference for perpetuation of the civil war.
