Kambuli,

There is nothing wrong with using hot water so long as you can tolerate it and you are healthy.. But..
If you eat and hit the shower in an hr or so.. it could cause a shock..(mots likely for not healthy ppl) because hot water dilates your veins and that could cause a drop in your blood pressure..when large amounts of your blood in concentrated on your stomach for digestion..

So in short answer No..nothing is wrong with it..but there is always that but.

lol@sahara

well, I use hot water as therapy - I almost boil my body for about 10 mins with very hot water, sometimes in bath, sometimes shower after a long and hectic day. It has been my habit and bidar yet :) This ritual of mine makes me feel fresh and relaxed. It is not every day habit though, maybe once a week or so. I also use hot water for regular shower.

Hot water makes me dizzy and I tend to feel like I am gonna faint if I use more than 10mins, i prefer warm water or cold ones if i want to awake!

One of my ayeeyos was like that.....she used to shower in boiling hot water. I used to find it really strange that her skin didn't burn.

Anyway, I heard from someone that cold water is actually good for your skin....I'm not sure about hot water.

Suga,

I wonder if it is healthy and I am really accustomed...But I have to do something maybe

Suliekha, Eyes and Navy..

The temperature of the hot water in our household is not boiling point...but it is hot..When I visit my sisters house, if I try to even wash my hands in her hot water..I can't...it is way too hot..

I think I need to slowly wean myself from this habit..
