The Power of the Government is it's Parliament and I am pretty sure all 275 were not Majeerteen in fact only 2 of the 275MPs were Majeerteen, and they the 275 Somali MPs overwhelmingly passed the vote to get Military help from Ethiopia to crush ICU and Capture Mogadishu when time was right.
