I am not that low inadeer. I didn't like sheikh sharif before why must I like him today?

He has to earn my support and so far I am disliking him iyo his administration even more, like I said Democracy is not the way for Somalia.

ps: Lets not forget sheikh sharif was not elected into power but rather selected.

Pakistan?

The Whole country is not Governed by Sharia law rather mini States within the Country. They can't be given the title.

Pakistan is governed by the common law and Sharia law is a guiding light. "Mini-states" what are you on?

That law is for the Federally administered Tribal Areas, the government never controlled that region, and has historically ruled themselves with tribal laws. Because of the post 9/11 world, government control was paramount to safeguard the sovereignty of the Pakistani State and thus these sorts of laws that is intended to give the government some sorts of relevancy in the region.
