when the whole world are talking somali piracy every channel and every newspaper are making headliness, why the only person who this situation pertains him the most kept quiet.

what is wrong with this dude, he also kept quiet about disputed agreement between his gov and kenya. does he care or he is busy looking for a villa in nairobi like geedi did.

..there's a lot he can do, damn Somalis and their lack of ambition; when the whole world comes to you, believe me you have lots of cards to play and telling world to eff off for ignoring Somalia's misery in the past 18 years would be a good place to start

Horta something is wrong. I don't think the President has Puntland's support cause he should have visited the region long ago to show off such a huge support. Never the less he is the President of the Republic on paper marka he would act up on it.

He should at least hold a press conference in Villa Somalia like A/Y used to and put his input into the situation. He should call on the West to help his Government fight the piracy and strengthening it's might.

You can't knock people for being Pro Shareef at one point. Wallahi I was Pro Shareef for no other reason then I actually thought He could unite Somalis. How? This Guy was Chairman of the ICU that captured and pacifed from Mogadishu all the way down to Raskambooni and were on the gates of Galkacyo. I thought He would be able to ressurrect that type of surge, but the Guy Has proven to be nothing more than a useless dameer. A little Reer Baadiye who doesn't qualify for anything but hard labor. I realized the real forces behind the ICU were people like Abu Mansur, Xassan Turki, Aden Xashi Ceyrow AUN. Right now I realized theres no other solution for Somalia other then Shabab to capture the whole Country from Ras Kambooni to Ras Cassayr to Seilac. There will be no Transitional Gov formed after this, and this Dameer is will have the time of His life for 2 years and then early retire in Nairobi.

Well I thought people like myself informed you people that Sheikh Sharif was reer Baadiye who surely does not qualify to run a state way back in 2007. It was all pure propaganda that made people believe such a man can reunify a country.

The Guy was installed in as the Chairman of the ICU by the Ceyr leadership Sheikh Hassan Dhir Aweys, just like he was installed in as Somali President by the U.N so the abgaal community in Mogadishu didn't do an uprising it was a Political delusion the dude has no Political brains of his own.

Adeer truth be told I do remember You saying that but I thought You were saying it out of tolnimo runti hadi la sheego. The reason I thought Shareef would do better was because He wouldn't need foreign troops since He's Hawiye in Mog, but I was wrong about this Guy, His reign will probably end up being much worse than AY's. On the same token its not like We were heading anywhere under AY either. Somalis screwed Man. Puntland should seek secession or join Yemen or something.

Tolnimo does exits at times but dude I have been following Somali Politics since 2001, I know who is who in this game. Shareef does not have the skills, men power, or wealth to get Somalia out of this mess. I also don't have faith in his Prime Minister nor does Puntland see where Tolnimo gets this administration.

Inadeer A/Y TFG was destroyed from within his administration, and not from the outside, out of cuqtat iyo qabilyeed a few hutus destroyed the little TFG we had. But the TFG of Abduallhi inadeer came to Mogadishu, had a hold on Baydhao and at one point most of South Somalia until the little sneaks started fire in a clean house.

Somalia is not screwed ninyaho it just needs the right leadership. Puntland ain't going nowhere it's here to stay and demand change in Southern politics.
