I feel sorry for reer sanaag wallahi, they have been let down so many times, they need to organise them selfs now, and dont rely on any Goverment!!!!

suldaan u right to an extent where sanaag has been ignored my the government but also by people from that region, for the last twenty years reer sanaag espacially reer ceerigabo have invest of all their wealth in hargeisa....my family included...but things have start to change and there are activities where people are coming together to rebuild schools, hospitals and the port as mention by the lady in the clip, there is even university being built.
