Yes the American should let him go after all they executed 3 of his collegous in a broad day light and injured him even though they were holding him and he was no threat the Americans are said to be a gun ho people who have no respect for human live if you see what is happening places like Afghanistan everyday the bomb innocent civilians and then say things like we killed Taliban/Alqaida they are criminals,it doesn't mean I approve of piracy because I believe piracy equals lawlesness and it would corrupt Somali live as it is already having influence in there because pirots are buying every one out because of the millions of Dollars they got.
