what would be the aftermath if kenya found massive oil reserves in the sea that was signed away to them by the criminal government and how likely is this i the kenyans knew what they where doing when they submitted the MoU to criminal federal government

Sea borders tend to be along latitudes and parallels, and Somalia and Kenya have had the same ocean border since independence. It's all much ado about nothing.
