Basically if you were asked to design a fuctioning somalia, how would you go about it?

Capitol would be relocated 1st and foremost. Mogadishu cannot be the capitol of a peaceful Somalia. New capitol Would be Beledweyn or Hargeisa


Free trade economy, loads of foreign investment, and opening up of the Country

G_SNM, if it's peaceful and functioning it's perfect enough in my opinion....but my perfect Somalia would be

1. Socialist liberal democracy
2. Including S/land but minus Ogadenia/NFD/Djibouti....basically the same borders since independence
3. Capital/Administration - Xamar
4. Military capabilities - small/limited
5.Tax free zone
