Miskiin, the Somali pirate cried in court
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/us_worl ... earin.html
Wearing a prison jumpsuit and a bulky bandage on his wounded left hand, Muse was seen crying in the courtroom - a day after he smiled for the cameras while being led into 26 Federal Plaza.

Sir Lug
He was probably crying because the translater told him to do so. It is a refugee status strategy.
What i cant get over is his effusive smiles at the camera as he was calfed into custody!
It also irritated the host of "Goodmorning Joe" he said--u know why he is smiling? He thinks he is coming to america. Or that he is in america.

He is either habar gidir or Mj---if he is mj he must be hailing from 'Osmana mahmood" clan, they have jareer hair mostly, a result of the reer boqoor inter-marrying their bantu slaves. A most embarrasing history.

That is neither grin nor laughter, dude is simply dazed and has no idea what he is doing. His mouth is just agape with no reason, maybe airing his axe teeth.
So, what happens if the fact that he is 16 is established? Would he spend time in Juvenile? Or get deported back to where they found him?
What surprised me most is, how could frail boy managed to bully the bulk sized American seamen?

A big time Jewish lawyer said he is putting together a "civil rights" lawyer team to rep the kid pro bono.
Something about "law of open warfare" or something like that because the kid voluntarily gave himself up and did not want to go back even while the captain was in custody. His prospects are looking good from what I read.

the poor kid doesn't deserve to be anally raped in an American prison

He was proper laughing when they showed him on the news last night....he looked like he was either enjoying the attention a little too much or he is a psycho
