What do you think of Sheekh Uways's Return to Muqdisho?

Post by Primal »

I read on http://www.somalimirror.com website that he will speak to people about his intensions tomorrow in Muqdisho. Wadaada ilaahay xaqa ha tuso. These rag tags can be as mean as the warlords of yesterday.

For a whole long I was under the impression that Somali sheekhs were more advanced in their thinking and knew when to adapt, make concessions and give up hard line stances on flimsiest grounds. Recent developments taught me otherwise. PS: There is no need to assail the Sheekh on clanish grounds either, just wanted to know what people taught of his arrival. Personally, I think it depends on what he says and how he acts. Time for reconciliation, time to recover our lost nation.
