South Park goes to Somalia in this episode

South Park producers hit the nail on the head with this episode. They did a fine job describing Somalia, it really is no paradise. People there are starving and dying, and the whole World knows Somalia is a dumping ground for toxic waste; even the fish there are radioactive.

Good episode, hit the nail on the subject, but one thing they were way off, is when one of the Pirate guys was talking about how people are dying off AIDS. I think it is more common to our neighbors West and South of the border.

Somalis aren't immune to AIDS, in fact there are known cases of people dying of AIDS in Somalia and I have no doubt there will be more cases in the future; this is a fact of life Somalis must learn to deal with soon or later so, no use keeping it under wrapped.

I for one think it is this sort of exposure Somalis need since they are so secretive about a lot of things...I wouldn't want a brother who is quit about this sort of disease, this is how a whole family gets wiped out so mad respect to South Park, because Somali communities need a mouth just like theirs which gives our community heads up about this sort of issues.
