Imam Ahmad Gurey
Can anyone tell me who was Garaad Abuun Cadaadshe, Garaad Caamir, Garaad Cabbaas and Garaad Cumardiini? Apparently Imam Ahmad Gurey was related to these men.

In the book called "Kashf as-sudul 'an taariikh as-Sumal", Imam Ahmad was said to have been born in a town called Hoobad, which is located in Balow province. The Somali clan which resided there and assilimated into the locals was Saxawle Karanle!

...please dont start such an ignorant topic, i see where this is headed.....post educational material about imam ahmad.imaM ahmed was from the harar region with strong links to the somali's...he was arab/harari or something futuhul habasha would have stated his somali ethnicity.
