How come raganimo is strongly encouraged in the somali culture,my father used to say when ever i did a good thing "aabe rag rag dhalay baad tahay,raganimo baan kuugu ogahay,aabahaad baad ka dhaxashay raganimada etc". on the other hand,naagnimo is seen is seen as sissyness. girls do you think that is somehow sexism.

The term naaganimo doesn’t exists in Somalia, or is not used because is offensive term, but hard working women does exit. Its just is not on the emphasis as much as men, because men are the leaders, or should i say should be. But now days you’ll hear women being called “rag rag dhashay” lol because they became the hard working and above men in every quality of life, wonder why that is the case!?
