Just perused through Time mag´s 2009 most influential folks and boy I must say was impressed to see few of my favorites as nominees. I am glad they have few new names beside their obvious selective crowd.Among:

Neel Kashkari. A pàrtner at Goldman Sachs at 30! and now the head of TARP. Worth emulating fella for young somali boys.

Odell Barnes The foreclosure king. An opportunist and definately a man with some balls.

Joaquin Phoenix. A funny rapper wannabe and carefree one of my favorite actors. I hope he finally leaves with a big bang like his bro.

Jeff Kindler. King maker Pfizer CEO who made me good money on their acquisition of Wyeth. Deserves it.

Evo Morales - his nationalizing ambitions has scared of much needed foreign investments and my recent visit to the place gave me my biggest next bet for South America. Insha Allah I will prevail. Bolivia eso es mi pais!
Fellow somnetters who are your favorite naminees. Discuss.
